Karen is a burst of creativity in every sense of the word! 

Whether she's sketching, painting, or quilting on her beloved Gammill machines, there is always a spark of inspiration in her eyes, and she wants to share that inspiration with everyone!

Quilting isn't just a hobby for Karen—it's a joyful journey where she brings her imagination to life in the most colorful ways possible. And when she's not stitching up a storm, you can find her doodling away, lost in her own little world of creativity.

 In 2003, Karen took her first steps into quilting with a simple quilt top. Little did she know, this was just the beginning of her quilting adventure! With each new project, her passion for quilting grew, leading her to invest in her Gammill machine two years later. And just like that, Creative Longarm Quilting was born — where Karen's creativity could flourish and be shared on client quilts from across the country. 

 Longarm quilting quickly became Karen's happy place, a place where she could lose herself in the rhythm of the stitches and let her imagination soar. Her custom quilting style mirrors her playful spirit. Since her debut on the quilt show scene in 2006, Karen has been making waves with her unique creations, earning national recognition for her quilts.    

In 2012, Karen's journey took a significant turn when she became a Gammill Quilt Artist, opening up new doors and opportunities in the quilting world. Today, as one of their esteemed educators, she's paying it forward, sharing her knowledge and passion with quilters of all skill levels. Her infectious enthusiasm and dedication to the craft are a testament to her love for quilting and her commitment to the community.

But Karen's influence doesn't stop there! Her exceptional talent and dedication have propelled her work beyond the walls of Creative Longarm Quilting. With her intricate designs and impeccable craftsmanship, Karen's quilts have captured the attention of the quilting community far and wide. Her artistry and skill have become synonymous with excellence, making her a sought-after ambassador for the craft.  Her creations have been showcased in top quilting publications, where they've dazzled readers with their beauty and innovation.
